2. Vehicle Information
- Condition: All vehicles are sold "AS-IS" unless otherwise specified. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the condition and history of each vehicle.
- Warranty: Any warranties or guarantees offered will be outlined in the vehicle's specific sales agreement. Unless explicitly stated, no additional warranties are provided.
- Pricing: The price of the vehicle is as stated on the sales agreement. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, certified check, or financing through approved lenders. We do not accept personal checks unless pre-approved.
- Down Payment: A down payment may be required at the time of purchase. The amount will be specified in the sales agreement.
- Approval: Financing is subject to approval by the lender. We are not responsible for any decisions made by financing institutions.
- Terms: Financing terms, including interest rates and payment schedules, will be outlined in the financing agreement.
- Contract: The sales agreement outlines the terms of the sale, including the final price, trade-in value (if applicable), and any additional fees.
- Signatures: Both the buyer and seller must sign the sales agreement for it to be valid.
- Evaluation: Trade-in vehicles will be evaluated based on their condition, mileage, and market value. The trade-in value will be applied to the purchase of the new vehicle or paid to the customer as agreed.
- Ownership: You must provide clear title and necessary documentation for any trade-in vehicle.
7. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery: Delivery options may be available. Any associated fees will be outlined in the sales agreement.
- Pickup: If you choose to pick up the vehicle, you must do so within the agreed timeframe.
- No Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on purchased vehicles.
- Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly stated in the sales agreement.
- Transfer: We will assist with the transfer of title and registration. Any applicable fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Processing: Title and registration processing times may vary. We are not responsible for delays.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the sale of the vehicle will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas state laws.
- Data Collection: We collect personal information to facilitate the sale and registration of vehicles. Your information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Confidentiality: We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
